Economic Access

Seward Child Care Center is committed to providing access to high quality childcare for a diverse range of families. One of those ways is by accepting county child care assistance. If you receive county child care assistance, Seward Child Care Center, accepts this payment and uses scholarship funding to cover the difference between the payment provided by county assistance and the cost of providing care by the center. The center also will waive the center's registration fee and tuition deposit normally required by new families.

SCCC has committed 1% of their annual budget toward developing and maintaining a scholarship program for families in need of economic assistance. The center is actively pursuing ways to improve accessibility to allow current and new families to access quality childcare. The center has devoted a parent job toward reducing barriers and increasing accessibility for new families.

We accept families using Hennepin County Childcare assistance.
