Our goal is to provide the kind of care you need, when you need it. So our scheduling is flexible: You can enroll in as few as two days per week  Our rates are competitive with most child care centers.  Call for details.

Registration fee: $100 per child (non-refundable)
Deposit: equal to 2 weeks tuition per family (returned at enrollment end)
Program fee: $5 per month     

We are licensed and contracted to accept government child care subsidies (Hennepin County).

Hours

The center is open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except of holiday and teacher in-service.

When holidays fall on Saturday or Sunday, the Center is closed on the normal day of operation closest to the holiday.

SCCC is closed 4 additional days throughout the year for staff inservice. Members are not billed for those days.  A calendar of inservice days and holidays is provided annually.

If your child is absent due to sickness or vacation, you are responsible for payment of those absences. 

Waiting Group
Once a family has applied for admission, they become part of the waiting group. From this group, SCCC works to build balanced classrooms that reflect the enrollment goals of the Center. We are able to inform parents of openings only two to three weeks before they occur.

Being in the waiting group is not a guarantee of enrollment. Approximately 20% of toddler applicants are accepted each year. The majority of the children at our Center enroll as preschoolers (31+ mos.) We strongly encourage families to arrange for a few different child care options in case enrollment at SCCC is not possible.
