Tuition Rates and Economic Access

Seward Child Care Center is committed to providing access to high quality childcare for a diverse range of families. One way we do this is by accepting Hennepin or Ramsey county child care assistance. We also accept scholarships from ThinkSmall. Registration can be covered by the county or waived for eligible families. The tuition deposit normally required of new families is waived for families receiving child care assistance.

Depending on the financial status of the center, SCCC may commit a portion of their annual budget toward developing and maintaining a scholarship program for families in need of economic assistance. Please ask about the current scholarship availability. SCCC is actively pursuing ways to improve accessibility to allow current and new families to access quality childcare.

2024 Tuition Information

Non-refundable one-time registration fee: $150.00 per child (upon enrollment)

Tuition Deposit upon enrollment:  equivalent to two weeks’ tuition per child

• Current rate schedule as of January 2024

• Rates shown are monthly.

• Rates generally increase each year to compensate for building maintenance needs and cost-of-living increases in staff wages.

• All tuition changes are voted on by the membership.

• We do not offer 1 day per week enrollment.
